Level Types | Description |
---|---|
default for 1.19+ use normal | The standard world type, by default, comprises of various features such as hills, valleys, water bodies, and more. |
flat | The world is devoid of any natural undulations such as hills, valleys, or water bodies, and appears uniformly flat. However, the generator settings can still be used to customize the terrain generation of a flat world. |
largebiomes for 1.19+ use large_biomes | This type of world is similar to the "DEFAULT/NORMAL" type, except that the biomes are more extensive. |
amplified | This world type shares many similarities with the "DEFAULT/NORMAL" type, but with significantly higher mountains, deeper ravines, and the possibility of floating islands spawning high in the sky. |
