V Rising | How to setup VOIP on V rising

Before we proceed with the guide on how to set up your VOIP for V Rising, it is required that you have a Vivox developer account. Without one, you cannot use the VOIP feature.

You can sign up for a Vivox developer account here: https://developer.vivox.com/

  1. Click on Configuration Files > Server VOIP settings and click Config Editor.
  2. You will be presented with the Vivox Voip Settings (we can minimize this for now).

  1. Once you have your Vivox account login and at the bottom of this page you should see an option to create a new application. On the first page give your application any name and genre. Game images are not necessary. On the second page select Vivox Core for your attribute and Windows for your platform, and then click to Create App.

This will create a Sandbox application which allows for 50 PCU (Peak Concurrent Users).

Fill in your Configuration

  1. Open your applications page on your Vivox Dashboard and find the Vivox API Info section.

  1. All of the information in this section will need to be filled into the Server VOIP settings you accessed earlier.
