Hyper Layer Game Panel | How To Add A Server To Your Steam Favorites

This guide will provide you with the steps to add your server to Steam favorites. Since some game server browsers do not have enough space in their list to hold all of the servers that are currently online, we recommend that you add your server to your Steam favorites.

  1. Open Steam.
  2. At the top left, click on View.
  3. Click on Game Servers and head over to the Favorites tab.

  1. Click the + button.

  1. Copy and paste your server's IP and port in the format of IP:PORT. It is displayed in this format within your control panel in multiple locations when viewing your service.
tip

To ensure proper server querying within Steam, it is crucial to utilize the QUERY PORT instead of the game port.

for those using passwords

ARK Survival Evolved will sometimes not allow you to join the server if you enter the password from the Steam browser. It must be entered from within the game or else you will not load in properly.
