How to upgrade or downgrade your service

This tutorial covers two aspects of upgrading or downgrading your services. If you wish to upgrade or downgrade a game server, please refer to the Upgrade/Downgrade Options tutorial below.

Upgrading or downgrading your service will result in pro-rated credits or invoices based on the time of the month.

Upgrade/Downgrade

Upgrade/Downgrade is for general services like going from web hosting basic to starter

1. Start by logging in to your account. You can visit https://billing.hyperlayer.net/index.php/login directly and log in.
2. After logging in, you will see your dashboard. Click on Services.

3. Select the specific service that you want to upgrade or downgrade.

4. Click on Upgrade/Downgrade.

If you don't see this option available, please submit a support ticket or on our Discord.

5. In the upgrade/downgrade section, you will find your current configuration. Scroll down until you see the new configuration options.

6. Under the new configuration, simply choose the desired product or package you want to upgrade or downgrade to. Follow the checkout flow to proceed.

Upgrade/Downgrade Options

Upgrade/Downgrade Options is for services like game server hosting when you want to upgrade your Slots, RAM, Disk etc

1. Start by logging in to your account. You can visit https://billing.hyperlayer.net/index.php/login directly and log in.
2. Once logged in, you will see your dashboard. Click on Services.

3. Choose the specific service you want to upgrade or downgrade, such as a game server.

4. Click on Upgrade/Downgrade Options. Note that this option should be available only for game server hosting.

5. In the upgrade/downgrade options section, you can modify various aspects like slots, RAM, CPU priority, and more.

6. Simply select your new configuration and click the Continue button to proceed with the checkout flow.

By following these instructions, you will be able to upgrade or downgrade your services based on your specific needs.
