How to cancel your service(s)
Canceling your services is a straightforward and automated process that does not require any communication or intervention with our billing department. To submit a cancellation request, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your billing account by visiting https://billing.hyperlayer.net/index.php/login.
- Access your dashboard.
- Click on
Services.
- Choose the specific service that you wish to cancel.
- On the left-hand side Actions menu, click on
Request Cancellation.
By following these steps, you will initiate the cancellation process for the selected service.
